Hi, thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I have decided to ride from Baltimore, MD to Key West, FL this April to help cancer patients and their families.
My goal is to show that a stage 4 cancer diagnosis is not always a death sentence. My goal is to provide hope to patients and their families.
My team will be leaving Baltimore on Saturday, April 18th. The team is made up of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and family members. Once our daily route is finished we stop at cancer centers and meet patients along the east coast. We will finish our adventure in Key West, FL on Saturday, April 25th.
I have pledged to raise $15,000 by Saturday, April 25, 2019. The funds we raise together fuel the amazing resources The Ulman Foundation provides for the young adult cancer community.
Cancer impacts us all in different ways, and this is my way of giving back to a community that truly needs the help.
Please consider making a donation of any kind to my page today!
Every dollar I raise will advance Ulman Foundation's great cause!
Thanks so much for your generosity, together, we can make a difference!
Each year more than 72,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer in the United States. Young adults (ages 15-39) face a variety of unique challenges with a cancer diagnosis including social isolation, fertility preservation, insurance concerns, delayed diagnosis, and survivorship.
The Ulman Foundation changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, Ulman is able to provide free services and resources for the young adult cancer community through programs that focus on patient support services, housing, survivorship, and scholarship.
