My involvement with the Ulman Foundation has been extensive, as a member of the Board of Directors, Chair of the Body of Young Adult Advisors (BOYAA) and participating in nearly every campaign/program the foundation has offered; running over 9 half marathons with Team Fight, participating in multiple Cancer to 5K seasons, cycling from Baltimore to Key West, Florida with Key to Keys 2017, running the NYC Marathon 2018, Beard (and Hair) Off 2019, and many more!
For 2020, I plan to continue to participate in the tremendous programs to help the Ulman Foundation's mission to help young adults navigate a cancer diagnosis and beyond.
Some of the fundraisers I will be organizing:
- NEW Ulman event to be announced soon!
- 2020 March Madness Bracket Pool: March 19-April 6 (postponed for 2021)
- UEFA EUROS 2020 Soccer Tourney Pool: June (postponed for 2021)
Please help me support Ulman Foundation by making a contribution to my fundraiser and sharing this page with your family and friends. Every dollar I raise will advance Ulman Foundation's great cause! Additionally, you can ask me how you can get involved too.
Together, we can make a difference!
Each year more than 72,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer in the United States. Young adults (ages 15-39) face a variety of unique challenges with a cancer diagnosis including social isolation, fertility preservation, insurance concerns, delayed diagnosis, and survivorship.
The Ulman Foundation changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, Ulman is able to provide free services and resources for the young adult cancer community through programs that focus on patient support services, housing, survivorship, and scholarship.
