Hey! This coming summer I'm forgetting about life for a few months and spinning on a bike across America. I'm doing this as a fundraiser for the Ulman Foundation. This wonderful organization supports young adults and their families fighting cancer and raises awareness for this demographic that generally gets overlooked in matters related to cancer. If you want to help, feel free to pitch in! If you can't, you can still help by sharing this page with your networks. Thanks!

A little bit about me: I'm a student at Northeastern University in my second year studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. I'm currently on a co-op with IDEXX Laboratories in Maine developing electronics for veterinary diagnostic instruments. In my free time, I volunteer with my fraternity, bike, weightlift, and I might hit the occasional video game if I really get bored.

I heard about the ride through a couple of my brothers who were on Team Seattle 2019. They completed their ride from Baltimore, MD to Seattle, WA last August and they really inspired me to support this foundation.

Thank you for reading and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or would like to help, too!

Each year more than 72,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer in the United States. Young adults (ages 15-39) face a variety of unique challenges with a cancer diagnosis including social isolation, fertility preservation, insurance concerns, delayed diagnosis, and survivorship.

The Ulman Foundation changes lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, impacted by cancer. With your support, Ulman is able to provide free services and resources for the young adult cancer community through programs that focus on patient support services, housing, survivorship, and scholarship. Learn more about young adult cancer and our impact here.

COVID-19 Update: The ride is still on! Training is in full swing along with Spring.

Went on a training ride with Jack and Santiago, brothers in my fraternity and teammates on Team Big Sky. Boston is getting springy already!

Wow, I can't believe I'm over halfway to my goal already. It's really humbling to see such a wide range of people contributing and cheering me on, from the closest of family to people I haven't even met. Fundraising has been an amazing experience already and the trip hasn't even started! I've kicked off my training for the ride primarily on stationary bikes with some cross training sprinkled in. I'm waiting for Maine to thaw out a little more before I do serious training on the roads; it turns out ice is really slippery. I send my sincerest thanks to everyone that has donated and to those who have helped me to spread the word, every little bit counts. Stay tuned for some fun events coming up over the next couple of months!
